Born from a love of Arabic heritage and modern culinary craft, Saffron & Smoke brings Dubai's most discerning diners an experience that honours tradition while embracing the new. Located in the heart of Downtown Dubai, we serve contemporary Arabic-fusion cuisine in an atmosphere of understated luxury.
Our kitchen draws from centuries of Levantine, Gulf, and North African flavour traditions — reinterpreted through a modern European lens by Executive Chef Khalid Al-Rashidi and his team of award-winning culinary artists.
