A comprehensive management platform built to streamline sports academy operations

Touchline Sport Academy was managing daily operations using multiple spreadsheets, manual calculations, and paper-based records. This fragmented approach led to inefficiencies, data inconsistencies, and consumed valuable staff time that could be better spent on coaching and student development.

I developed the Daily Report Software - a centralized web-based management platform that consolidates all daily operations including finance tracking, attendance management, admissions, and task coordination into one intuitive system. The platform went live at touchlinesport.ae/daily-report and transformed how the academy manages its operations.
